Front Carry With Rucksack-Style Straps With Your KāhuBaby Carrier
FWhen front carrying newborn babies or older babies, you have shoulder strap options with KāhuBaby. You can wear your KāhuBaby Carrier with the shoulder straps crossed or with them 'rucksack style'.
Back Carrying With Your KāhuBaby Carrier
Back carries with your KāhuBaby Carrier are for babies 6 months and older. Once baby's sitting independently, they have the trunk strength to be carried on your back.
Hip Carry With Your KāhuBaby Carrier
A hip carry is suitable for babies older than 4 months and with strong head control. Your baby should be able to hold their head up unassisted.
Your KāhuBaby Carrier and Front Facing Outwards
This position is suitable for babies older than 5 months and with consistent head control. Your baby should be able to hold her head up unassisted. If your baby wants a bigger range of view and you'd like to keep them facing into you, you can carry them facing into you and pop one or both of baby's arms over the top of the carrier.
