Returns and Your Right to Cancel
We want you to love your purchase, but we appreciate that sometimes you may wish to return it.
  • If you've ordered online or by telephone order in the UK, you can return your purchase. You must email us within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us that you want to return your purchase. Our email is You must request a returns reference, and we will send you return instructions. If you do not have a returns reference, we are unable to accept your item as a return and you will not receive your refund. You then have up to 14 days to return the goods supplied.
  • We are unable to accept returns from outside the UK.
  • If you're returning goods, they must be unused and in their original new condition. The product must not be pre-washed. The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and manuals intact and undamaged.
  • We cannot refund woven wraps or ring slings that have been tried, worn or washed. Most woven wrap and ring slings need to be prewashed before use, to set the weave and the fibres. Using them without washing can damage the fabric and means the product is not suitable for us to put back into stock.
  • We only accept return where the items returned are in new and unused condition. This means that the item(s) do not have any of the following (please note that this is not an exclusive list):
    1. Been washed
    2. Has mud, food, hair (pet or human) or other dirt on it
    3. Is damaged
  • If you return an item which is not in new condition, we will decline your refund.
  • Please check that you are happy with your choice of style and colour before making your purchase.
  • We do not accept returns for product purchases when you have seen the sling or carrier in person beforehand.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We suggest that you use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. We cannot replace or refund goods that don't come back to us.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will send you a full refund for the purchase price of the item within 14 days of receiving the goods back. We will refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you used for the original purchase.
  • We do not refund additional shipping fees, in cases where you have chosen a non-standard delivery service, or in cases where you have purchased outside of the UK. We do not refund customs fees or duties.
  • Our free shipping applies to your initial order only.  If you exchange an item, we will charge the cost of shipping the replacement item to you at cost.

Returning wraps and ring slings Please note that all our wraps and ring slings (apart from Daiesu) must be washed before use. This removes the dust from the weaving process and sets the fibres. We are unable to accept wraps or ring slings for return that have been used at all, as use before washing can cause issues later on with the weave.

Noordi Adult Face Masks and Noordi Child Face Masks: We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for these products, due to health and hygiene considerations.


Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty, you can return it to us.

  • You must notify us in writing by email at within 48 hours of receipt, that the goods are faulty, and to receive instructions on how to return faulty goods to us.
  • Please do not organise the return of damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first, as we will be unable to refund postage costs.
  • We do not refund additional shipping fees, in cases where you have chosen an express or premium delivery service, or in cases where you have purchased outside of the UK. We are unable to refund customs fees or duties.


We offer the first exchange with free UK shipping. This is available on UK orders only, and only on eligible items with a value of £30 or more. Where goods are discounted or on sale, you'll pay the postage cost for the exchanged item as we do not offer free exchanges on discounted or sale items, including items discounted in promotional events.

Cancelled orders

If you are outside the UK and cancel your order, if we have not yet shipped your order we will cancel it with an administration charge of 3% of your order total. If we have already shipped your order to an address outside the UK, we cannot accept a return.
