The Connecta Solar Baby Carrier is a supportive, structured baby carrier with convenient quick-release buckles, well padded straps, and a flexible, unpadded waist to conform to the wearer’s body. One of the great features of the Connecta is the lack of rigid waist band. This DOES NOT mean lack of lumbar support. In fact – for many people it can improve the support. The close fit of the Connecta offers extreme support for babies and big heavy toddlers alike!

The Solar Connecta Integra is made from solarweave fabric. Solarweave is a sun-protective fabric which blocks 95- 99% of the suns harmful UVA and UVB rays. It is highly breathable and non-irritating, even to sensitive skin. The Solarweave Connecta is constructed to keep your baby cool in the heat of summer as well as offering protection from the sun. Solarweave is a very strong fabric but with a soft cotton like feel. It is very quick drying and is the ideal hot weather baby carrier.

The Solar Connecta is constructed fully in solarweave fabric with polyester padding in the shoulder straps and can be used at the pool or beach or in the shower. (Please do not swim with a baby in any carrier).

Connecta Integra carriers are suitable from 3.5kg up to toddlerhood (maximum weight 24kg). You can use your Connecta on either the front or the back. 

All Connectas are sewn with extra strong thread (made for load bearing seams) on industrial sewing machines. The Connecta has been rigorously tested in a laboratory and passed the BS EN 13209-2:2005 safety standard for soft baby carriers and also the  ASTM f2236-14.
